Good experience purchasing a 2015 Nissan Sentra in July 2020 I dealt with Mike Tweddle in Sales and Bob Horn in Finance(?). They were both great and personable. It had only 30,000 miles and was a one owner, no accident vehicle that has not even been smoked in. Everything works. The only thing that made me slightly upset is that the tires all have something wrong and I found out they are the original factory tires! Only 30k on them but old, repaired. one with a gash in it. However, It was under $10k, I needed a reliable car, my previous was a 2004... My payments are affordable and I didn't put any money down and had a trade. I can't really complain...The car is great! More

Top Notch Customer Service & Transparency My Wife and I worked with Bob Horn in our search for a new Outlander GT. We live in NC and have purchased three other vehicles out-of-state (always l My Wife and I worked with Bob Horn in our search for a new Outlander GT. We live in NC and have purchased three other vehicles out-of-state (always looking for best deal), and I will tell you that Bob offered us the best customer service we've experienced in doing so. He was extremely responsive (even outside of work hours), and was very thorough in the information he provided us. He's the only salesman we've worked with who provided us with a written, broken down estimate, with all the important figures provided. He then went out of his way to provide us with links to tax information pertinent to our possible out-of-state transaction. We were actually offered a better out-the-door price by another Mitsubishi dealer in their area (by $150), but we decided we'd pay more to work with Bob and Daytona Mitsubishi because of their level of customer service. That alone is worth the extra $150. Closing thoughts: 1) Mitsubishi is the most under-rated vehicle brand on the market. 2) If you decide to look at Mitsubishi as an option, I can't recommend Daytona Mitsubishi enough - ask for Bob. You will not regret it. More

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I was given a quote from the internet sales people (went the internet route because I live an hour away and wanted to just go in, sign and drive). I I was given a quote from the internet sales people (went the internet route because I live an hour away and wanted to just go in, sign and drive). I went to pick up the car and they said they couldn't give it to me for the price quoted AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE QUOTE! In addition, the manager's threw a "new" employee under the bus and the employee wasn't working that day so they couldn't even defend themselves. If you are a manager, you are supposed to take responsibility for your employees. I received NO APOLOGY, just reasons why they couldn't honor the quote! Horrible people to deal with (except the one I originally dealt with over the phone). More

Amazing customer service. I was looking for a specific car and Daytona Mitsubishi had it in stock. I ubered 1hr to go pick it up.
