And that speaks volumes for Atlanta Classic Cars, when you consider the fact that I live in Memphis, TN. That brings me to my most recent experience with Atlanta Classic Cars and Bob Holton which has been superb to say the least. The past 8 months Bob has used his customer service skills, salesmanship and his knowledge in finance (purchase v. lease) and knowledge of Mercedes Benz cars to help me acquire, (2013 GLK350), (2013 E350) and a (2014 E350). Atlanta Classic Cars has a great and outstanding team member (Bob Holton), he represent the dealership well and looks out for the customer until the sale is final. Bob was and still today is very responsive and attentive to my e-mails, texts and phone calls (any day and/or time) about all of Mercedes Benz automobiles and accessories. He very good at understanding his customer current and future plans (without being to intrusive), so we have already began the process of when to acquire new cars in the future. Bob Holton stewardship in the sales of Mercedes Benz products at Atlanta Classic Cars has far surpassed any other dealership experience I've had in the past. I have and always will highly recommend Bob and Atlanta Classic Cars to anyone considering a Mercedes Benz. More

Bob Holton is a person that is easy to deal with, has complete knowledge of his products, and is extremely helpful. We live in Kennesaw and it is a 50 minute drive to this dealership, however my wife and I feel comfortable with Bob, with the Service Advisor and the agency in general Two days ago when we purchased a new vehicle, Eric Palmsteen processed our paper work. Quite a personable young man who knew his business and was very efficient. He took time to explain the process and specifics of the paperwork. I have been buying mercedes-benz cars from Greg Rabideaux for 12 years now , and i will say that there is no one that i have ever encountered in the car business that is as professional,courteous or as accom for 12 years now , and i will say that there is no one that i have ever encountered in the car business that is as professional,courteous or as accomidating as Greg . We live about 70 miles from the dealership and all we have to do when our lease is up is call him and he sends us photos and stats opn the new model that we want. He even delivers the car to us and takes the old one back. The expieiance is fast and very convienent. This time we also delt with thier leasing expert Bob Holton, he took lots of time to explain the differences in all the new confusing advalorem laws that exist now in Georgia. These guiys are the best period . I would tell anyone that is in nthe market for a new or used benz that they need to call Greg or Bob at Atlanta Classic cars and get the best service in the business. I would not even consider dealing with anyone else . I had a question about the new car and called Greg on a sunday and he took my call and took care of all my needs. Atlanta Classic Cars made Valentine's special for my wife. Eric Palmsteen is just an awesome finance guy and a great compliment to the sales team. He got my wife pre-approved on Thursday for a 2013 GL wife. Eric Palmsteen is just an awesome finance guy and a great compliment to the sales team. He got my wife pre-approved on Thursday for a 2013 GLK 350 then he told us to test drive the car on Friday and bring it back with the required paperwork to close the deal on Saturday. He told us to do this since my wife got stuck in traffic and it took her an hour to get to the dealership and he knew she would be frustrated to continue with closing a deal that late in the evening on Valentine's. Eric and Bob's confidence in their top notch product and customer service made them assured we would purchase the car once she test drove it. They knew this because they listened to what we wanted and our experience at other dealers. Well, on Saturday we closed the deal. Eric did not oversell additional packages and got us a great deal. Bob Holton assisted with the process and made it as smooth as we have ever experienced at any other dealer. Bob's knowledge of the car and its functions were second to none. Bob made us feel like they really wanted our business not just for the short-term but for years to come. A good deal and customer service is paramount to my wife and I and Atlanta Classic has both. Customer service is what led us to Atlanta Classic cars and I just want to mention how we ended up at Atlanta Classic cars. I purchased my Lexus from Eric last year when he was a finance manager at different dealership. I originally went back to the same Lexus dealer to get a car for my wife as a surprise for valentines but the customer service wasn’t the same nor did the deal closing process feel the same when I worked with Eric on my deal. I asked for Eric and they told me he left Lexus for Atlanta Classic Cars. So I left the Lexus dealership and rest speaks for its self. Eric and Bob’s customer service is a rarity in today's sales environment. Well done Atlanta Classic. More

I have lived in Atlanta (Buckhead) for about 6 years. When I moved here, I took my Mercedes to the dealership in Buckhead for service, and bought another Mereceds from the Buckhead dealer in 2009. I had no problems with them, but it never dawned on me to go outside the perimeter to see what other dealers were out there. I decided I wanted a 2012 E series convertiable, and I had a specific color in mind. Mercedes of Buckhead was unable to get it for me, so I looked on the web, and found that Atlanta classic Cars had exactly what I was looking for in stock. I explained to Bob Holton that I was reluctant to purchase outside of Atlanta, because I'd want the car services where I purchased it, and I did not want to fight the traffic to the suburbs. Bob replied that Atlanta Classic Cars woould come pick and deliver my car to my office in Midtown whenever I wanted any service done. So, that was it, I was sold. They offered me a fair price, the logistics of the sale were seemless, everyone was friendly, and I feel like I never need to worry about maintenance again since they will come get my car and bring it back to me. I could not be more pleased with them, and would not hesitate to buy from them again, or recommend them to a friend. I have not had any need for the service department yet, but I hope it is as well run and pleasant to deal with as their sales staff. More
