We are repeat CX-5 owners with Mazda of Gladstone and that is because of the wonderful team of representatives and their excellent level of service. Purchased Mazda CX 30 end of October, but due to supply issues car arrived first week of December. It was worth the wait! Went for a great long test drive with Bob that let me explore cars abilities. Howev issues car arrived first week of December. It was worth the wait! Went for a great long test drive with Bob that let me explore cars abilities. However when I made appointment to come and do paper work Bob wasn't there, but Kathleen Young saved the day! She was very pleasant and easy to work with and made me comofrtable. I don't think I got a fair price on my trade in but $300 less was worth the convenience. I tried the internet option of purchasing new car but it was quite complex ( especially taking pictures of my trade in car) and I preferred old fashion in person communication and negotiations. I would recommend this place and would use it again. More

Over the years, I developed a love hate relationship when buying a new car. I love a new car, but I hate the process of buying one, because I know it is a long boring day in my life that I will never get bac buying a new car. I love a new car, but I hate the process of buying one, because I know it is a long boring day in my life that I will never get back. That was not the case this time for me. Working with Bob, Tom and Jonathan, over the phone, or online, made the whole process so much easier. When I arrived there was a pleasant meet & greet with everyone, then I signed the necessary documents. At that point I was introduced to Erin, who went over the whole car with me, setting everything up, and throughly explaining and showing me all the features. Ninety minutes later I was driving the car off the lot. In my 50 years of buying cars, purchasing a car at Gladstone was easily my best experience. I want to thank Bob, Tom, Jonathan, Erin and everyone behind the scenes at Gladstone that helped in facilitating my purchase. More

The online process was easy with no surprises, and the team was responsive to my questions. Bob took me on the best test drive ever, he actually let me drive how I would drive if I owned it. Also wasn’t a 2 mile test drive but a drive that sold me on my new Mazda 3 Hatchback AWD Turbo.
