This was the second time Don guided us through the new car experience. As expected, he was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and a great teacher when it came down to explaining all the features of our car before we drove it off the lot. Don also got us a more than fair trade-in value for our former car. On a personal note, it felt like a trusted friend sold us our dream car and had our back 100%! Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. 30 mins on the phone, 60 mins at the dealership was all it took to trade in my existing car and leave with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It was unexpected that I would be in need of a new car when I went in for service. Don was so receptive, understanding, patient. Even in 2021, I don't take that for granted! John D was able to match me with a great car by asking me questions to help me think through what I was looking for rather than just closing the deal. We talked through different models and he focused on how I use my car and what makes driving fun for me. Also, my past experience with the Service Dept. gives me confidence to return to Wynne Volvo. All service departments are not created equal and Bob and his team always take care of my car. I feel like Bob's recommendations help me have a good and safe driving experience.
