Our entire process at IDE was so smooth! Starting with Sydney, she was so knowledgeable and put us into the exact car we were hoping for! She was able to answer all our questions and brought up so many points we didn’t even know or think to ask. She made this process so easy and we are beyond thankful for her! Then the financing part was made so simple by Bo. Everything went so smoothly. Then pickup - Sydney walked us through every single feature on our new Atlas and helped me get my carnet app set up as well as linking my phone to the car. She even set the colors of my car to my favorite and had it ready at pick up. Seriously she was the best & would recommend her a million times over, as well as the entire dealership. Thank you!!!
