Pricing doesn't state ". No haggle " so the customer expects to negotiate. 3. $ 500.00 dealer fee. The highest I've encountered. 4. Doc summerall is a terrible Salesman. He is knowledgeable but he has a tendency to rub people wrong. From the time we came on the lot he talked nonstop especially during the test drive. I felt that he was trying to distract me from any potential issues that could be going on with the vehicle by over conversing with me. 2. When we came into finalize the transaction and I wanted to negotiate he was very rude and in a loud manner said "we are not going to start playing games" there was a customer sitting in a chair directly behind him in the next office-- she turned around and looked at us with a shocked look on her face. It was very embarrassing !! I did end up returning the vehicle because it just wasn't the right one for us. The vehicle has beautiful design features an Electronics but i felt like I was driving a tank. I will consider Jackie Cooper when I'm in the market to purchase and I would definitely recommend the dealership to others. But I would never recommend doc summerall to anybody !!! More

We were very pleased with our buying experience. We were able to do most of the dealing over the phone during a time of quarantine. Once we arrived everything was in order and ready to sign. I enjoyed my time working with Imports trying to get into a car. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal work but despite this fact, I was treated with honesty and respect with the process. I loved the GLS and we tried for an Armada but financing was not able to make the numbers work. I plan to try again for a new Mercedes in a couple years. I drove to Tulsa from Plano, Tx to buy my car because they had the car I really wanted at an advertised internet price much lower than I could get at home. There was a minor problem with a piece of trim, and they fixed it in a day and then delivered the car to me in Texas! They try hard to be fair and please the customer with excellant service! More
