Blayne and this dealership consistently wasted my time
and didn't or couldn't meet my expectations.
- I requested making this transaction in-person at the dealership but that didn't happen due to their t

- The vehicle was delivered to me, at Jackie Cooper’s cost. I requested the vehicle be delivered on a certain day, but that didn’t happen. So, I had set a requirement the vehicle must be delivered between 5-7pm on the next day, but that didn't happen either. The vehicle arrived at 8pm, in the dark, and I wasn't able to inspect or drive it before taking possession and giving up possession of my trade-in.
- In hindsight I should have never purchased a vehicle without test driving first and being able to inspect in-person.
- JCI was not able to give me a title for the purchased vehicle at time of delivery, even though they required I give up the title of my trade-in. Another lesson learned...
- I feel like throughout the whole process my time was not respected. I, as the customer, had to make all the concessions to make the deal happen. In the end this cost me time and money.

According to our detailed communication records, all items you mentioned were discussed at length with you and approved by you before the vehicle was delivered. We were transparent that the short timeline for sale of the vehicle to you was based on the low offer made on the vehicle. This season, vehicles are in high demand. If you wanted us to accept that low offer, we knew we needed to get the vehicle delivered to you as it would have been purchased before you could have made the trip to the dealership. You were agreeable to that. Our communications show that your request for delivery included two dates, both provided by you, and a timeline of 5-7:30pm. The vehicle transport was not available on the first date but was on the second date you provided. The small delay of delivery was due to our desire to send the vehicle to detail one more time, to take care of some water spots we noticed and disclosed to you. This too was approved by you. We all were aware that delivering the vehicle to you without that detail would have met the 5-7:30pm request. Since the detail would only delay the delivery less than an hour, we decided to give the extra attention to your vehicle, with your approval. You were very particular in your requirements for making this purchase and we were happy to accommodate them all with no additional cost to you. We are sorry to hear that you didn't feel we met your expectations. We do appreciate you and that you chose Jackie Cooper to meet your vehicle needs. We hope that you will be happy with it for years to come!

Thanks for the response JCI. However, the response statements are not completely factual. I also have detailed communication records.
JCI was not completely transparent prior to charging my credit card and receiving the wire payment.
I authorized a charge of $3K on my credit card to hold the vehicle with the understanding I would make the trip down to Tulsa to make the exchange and complete the transaction. Only after the credit card charge was I notified that the transaction must occur prior to November 30th. It was furthermore explained that if I backed out, I forfeit the $3K.
Many of the items I “agreed” to were because I was forced to accept JCI’s terms, or from my understanding, lose my down payment money.
According to Blayne I was required to talk with their finance team. I waited over an hour for that to happen. Why did I have to talk with a finance person when this was a cash deal? I thought the conversation was to confirm the wire transfer was complete, but the real reason was not to go over those details, rather to try to sell me extended warranty items. Transparency, I declined all of those offers.
Two days prior to delivery Blayne texted "...I just spoke to the carrier and everything is double and triple checked and set for Wednesday, He'll be there around 5:30." Only on the day of delivery was I notified of water spots, no mention in all the days prior. The water spots that supposedly took hours to fix and delayed delivery of the vehicle, was the cause for missing the delivery window I agreed to (5-7pm). At the time I explained I had a work client event that night, hence the reason for the specific delivery window. The delivery was late by 45 minutes, which required me to leave my work event early.
For delivery of the vehicle, Blayne even suggested at one point that I leave my vehicle in the driveway and put the keys in the mailbox. The delivery driver would do the same with the Porsche. That is very concerning that a professional would even suggest something like that, as that is the equivalent of leaving keys to a house under a floormat!
It was explained that the title would normally take 2-3 weeks to mail, whereas I was required to surrender my trade-in title at the time of delivery/vehicle exchange. I would have never agreed to that if I would have known of this requirement prior to down payment.
After delivery of the vehicle, it should be noted there were long lapses in JCI’s communication. Blayne’s excuse was he had been sick for a week. During that period of time was there not another sales professional that could have followed up? Also, after texting to inquire about the delivery of the title I received a response from Blayne after two days saying “I’m just seeing this text”. It takes two days to see a text?
Per my last text with Blayne, I requested the tracking number for delivery of the title. I never received the tracking number.
In your detailed communication records is it noted how Blayne lied to me? After I expressed extreme dissatisfaction with JCI’s delivery schedule, I told him he was wasting my time, and that “time is money”. I suggested in consideration of my time, and having to be “flexible” numerous times, he send me some sort of compensation. He agreed he would buy me my first couple of tanks of gas and send gift cards for QuikTrip. No gift cards have ever been delivered to me.
Note, in the Porsche North America survey sent to me it listed numerous items that were not performed or even offered to me. For instance, all the items related to vehicle orientation.
ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!
