Purchasing a good reliable vehicle at an awesome price! So to start off I recently got discharged from a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Every previous dealership I went to wanted $2000 or more down and still couldn’ So to start off I recently got discharged from a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Every previous dealership I went to wanted $2000 or more down and still couldn’t get me in decent monthly payments or in a decent enough vehicle. Blake from Hyundai reaches out, and I express that I would not drive to the lot unless I was approved, no money down and could get good monthly payment. I gave him permission to work his magic. He gave me a call saying he got me approved, when I got to the lot, he was very upbeat and positive, not only was I approved no money down, but also great monthly payments, and a great warranty!!! Oh did I mention I do not have anywhere near good credit. I HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of Wentzville to anyone, and please see my man Blake, he won’t stop til he gets you in a nice ride and you will not be disappointed!! More

Awful Customer Service Sales floor manager is a judgemental, rude, condescending, and disrespectful person. Talked down to me based on my credit score (still not sure why h Sales floor manager is a judgemental, rude, condescending, and disrespectful person. Talked down to me based on my credit score (still not sure why he was discussing my credit with me) even though they advertise they accept all types of credit. I emailed the President/Owner and several others regarding my horrible experience and clearly they don't care because they never even responded. I did get an apology from Blake, my salesman, as he was sitting there the whole time I was being berated by this sales "manager". I left and went to Lou Fusz and got a great deal with them. More
