I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander (2022) and had an exceptional experience at Empire Toyota. From start to finish, Blake, Thomas, Larry & Sham went above and beyond to ensure that my car-buying had an exceptional experience at Empire Toyota. From start to finish, Blake, Thomas, Larry & Sham went above and beyond to ensure that my car-buying journey was smooth and enjoyable. I had considered purchasing a car for months and Blake, the car salesman, stayed in communication with me for over 4 months after my initial visit to Empire Toyota. Blake’s texts and phone calls were professional, periodic and he did not “bug me” like salesmen at other dealerships. Blake actually texted a few car options the day I was planning to visit the Huntington area from Queens, so I took that as a sign that it was the time to buy, despite my hesitation due to personal obligations. Blake was knowledgeable about the Highlander I test drove, which was the perfect model to suit my financial needs (although my heart desired a Venza or Highlander with all the bells & whistles). Blake was patient, attentive, and didn’t pressured me into making a decision, although he was persuaive. He also knows how to take care of his customers as I benefited from their Chick-Fi-La food delivery while waiting to see the Finance Manager the 2nd time (this was after 8pm) Thomas, the sales manager, was instrumental in ensuring that everything ran smoothly before reaching the finance office. He was professional, accommodating and made certain I was able to receive a cargo cover for my vehicle. (I don’t have it as yet, and I am looking forward to receiving it in the mail as promised since the cargo cover provided that evening was short a few inches). Thomas’ dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Larry Love (the name I had in my head from an 80’s rap song) is the lead finance guy, has a personality as big as mine, albeit louder and is fast talking, friendly, and generous. He went the extra mile to answer my questions during the financing process. Despite the wait to see him, Larry's professional demeanor and sense of humor kept me awake during the process. What I appreciated most was his willingness to sacrifice his protein shake to help my blood sugar stabilize while waiting for food to arrive. Moreover, the atmosphere at the dealership was vibrant. The honking of the horn, symbolizing each car sale, added an exciting energy to the environment. Hearing it multiple times within the few hours I was there was a testament to the dealership's effectiveness and success. While I’m at it, I also want to extend a special shoutout to the Salesman located next to Blake, who initiated a quick chat while I was waiting around. He inquired about my purchase & shared how much he adores his wife, which I thought was awesome. He also took care of my request to change the music playlist (as I had grew tired of hearing the trap music & so called “Rap” that was being played). His consideration definitely contributed to a more pleasant experience. Also, I can't forget Daniel's friendly smile and warm greeting (It’s refreshing to have salesman & staff not be afraid to smile & say hello-even if you’re not directly doing business with them.) Lastly, I must acknowledge Mr. Sham, who jumped right in to assist me two days later and selflessly braved the rain to escort me to my new/used vehicle. His dedication to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch to my experience. To conclude, know that all of these gentlemen made me write this glowing review. JUST KIDDING! My experience at Empire Toyota dealership exceeded my expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by those I encountered. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a seamless car-buying experience. I look forward to their continued outstanding service as I do plan to drive 45 mins every few months to have my car serviced by the team at Empire Toyota specifically! Oh, and make sure to ask for Blake. Tell him Erika referred you and then reach out to me if you purchase a car. :) More
