We told him what we were interested in looking at (a truck we saw online) and Donny met us at the door and was very friendly and helpful right away. We told him what we were interested in looking at (a truck we saw online) and he found it for us immediately. He was an expert on the Chevy trucks (both new and used) and answered all the questions we had. Really appreciated not having a "high pressure" salesman and Donny made the experience of looking for a truck a pleasure. We bought the used truck! Thanks Donny. I came in knowing what I wanted and from what Bob said is that they didn't have the truck and that it was on its way. After he had gotten off for the night we were with Adam D. doing paperwork on a truck that ended up wouldn't work for what I need it for. While that was going on it somehow got brought up to one of the managers what we were looking for and they did end up having exactly what I needed. It would have been better if Bob actually checked to see if they had the truck first besides trying to get me into a truck that would not have worked for the job that I will be using it as. More

Each person had been trained for their position and were very excited to work with us using excellent customer service. We were so impressed with them taking their time sitting in the vehicle and teaching us how to use every button.
