I truly appreciate that because it is a quality that most in this business don't seem to possess. I didn't feel pressured or forced. He was kind before and after the sales process. Bishoy, it was a pleasure to do business with you. I have no problem referring anyone to this dealership. My goals and expectations were highly met. I was pleased with the entire process. Also, I love how they took the time to explain certain features of the car as most dealerships do not. Everyone I encountered in the dealership was kind and professional. I would definitely do business with again! More

He put in so much effort in trying to give us the best option for our situation. He took everything we said into consideration, and made sure we were going to be taken care of. I felt very calm and at ease working with him as I assumed it was going to be the opposite, since this was my first experience. He went out of his way in every way possible, and I felt quite spoiled actually! He had AMAZING rapport, and was very sincere. I really enjoyed talking to him and interacting with him. I could tell he truly enjoys doing what he does, and that is KEY. I would give him a million stars if I could! More

Good service Bishoy was great. I came in for an oil change. He offered to show me a new model of my current vehicle. The service was great! He made sure that I got Bishoy was great. I came in for an oil change. He offered to show me a new model of my current vehicle. The service was great! Mr. Rizk showed me vehicles holding an umbrella for me with no regard for himself. I was dry, he was Soaked! Additionally, I work in sales/customer service. I greatly appreciate the customer service extended by Mr. Rizk and the team at Cool Springs Nissan. I was blown away by the service. I cant remember the names. No pressure salesman!!! I enjoyed working with Bishoy. As this was my first time ever purchasing a new vehicle and Bishoy made it worth my time. I'm retired with 43 years from Sears and know how important customer service is to a business. Bishoy was very knowledgeable on the Rouge and was concerned that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience! I never had to wait for someone to assist me. They asked me what I wanted out of a car & not just what they wanted to sell.
