Although having a new car is always exciting, the process of purchasing a new car can be very stressful. I have always believed that I will always come out on the short end of the deal knowing there was always more that the dealer could of done. I went to Phillips for 2 reasons, first, when I first arrived in Florida I had trouble with my 2006 Highlander that required a new battery. I arrived there without an appointment and the friendly service staff was more than happy to assist me. I was in a bad position knowing that as soon as I shut off my car I would be stuck. What brought the experience over the top is when they told me that the battery had a dead cell and needed replacement but they did not have one available but told me that they would find one at a local distributor and if fact they did. Not only did they replace the battery but I was on my way within a hour after arriving and as I said previously, no appointment. The second reason was I was refered to the dealer from a friend who was in the market for a vechicle as well. I met Bill Mason who was not only a very knowledgable salesmen but a gentlemen as well. I was upfront and honest with him on my past experience buying cars and he returned the favor by showing me respect and addressing my concerns. We ended up buying the car and we feel that we got a fair deal and Bill made the whole process enjoyable and less stressful. I am looking forward to enjoying one of the most reliable vehicles on the road today and being part of the Phillips family. THANK YOU BILL. YOU ARE THE BEST !!! More

Just let us look at the vehicle, test drive it several times, because he knew we were comparing it to another manufacturer's vehicle in the same class, which he never put down by the way...He answered all our questions knowledgeably and honestly and ALLOWED us time and space and time to make our decision. I truly believe he just wanted us to us to buy the best vehicle for us! And when it came time to purchase the car, I believe we purchased it at a fair and reasonable price and their service so far, has been EXCEPTIONAL. Super friendly staff...It was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Billy & Phillips made buying our New Rav 4 actually enjoyable!!! More

It didn't take as long as i thought it would. Cheryl and I dealt with Billy Mason. This was our 3rd Toyota we bought from Phillips and i have to say we were very happy with the deal and the pleasa Cheryl and I dealt with Billy Mason. This was our 3rd Toyota we bought from Phillips and i have to say we were very happy with the deal and the pleasantry of working with Billy. This is also the 3rd Prius that we bought. The best vehicle Toyota ever came out with is the Prius, it is sturdy, comfortable, quiet and Cheryl got 69 miles a gallon this morning driving to work. So everyone is very Happy.
