Try SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA and you won't need to go elsewhere! My husband and I recently bought a Tundra and a Highlander from Travis Wilson (and Jason Liles.). Those guys had our best interest in mind and were thorough in their presentations and extremely personable. I had driven other cars at other dealerships, but Scott Clark Toyota is a world above the others in courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the product. Aaron Beta handled the financial end and he was wonderful to work with, took his time explaining warranties and so pleasant. I truly believe we got the best cars, the best price and the best future service program from our friend, Billy Carroll who suggested we try Scott Clark. Our experience at Scott Clark's Toyota was wonderful. From the time Billy Carroll, assistant service manager introduced me to Robert Van Alstyne, I felt comfortable working with Robert on the purchase o From the time Billy Carroll, assistant service manager introduced me to Robert Van Alstyne, I felt comfortable working with Robert on the purchase of our 2008 Highlander. Robert looked after all of our needs and put any concerns to rest. Peter Moren, the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with. NO high pressure, which made purchasing a car from Scott Clark's a pleasure. The lady who showed us available accessories was also very helpful. One surprise we had was after the purchase Dianna came out to put the new tags on and she went over all of the controls on our new car, including setting up the Bluetooth for our phones. Wonderful sales and service. We will continue to have both of our Toyotas serviced by Scott Clark and will return when another car is needed. More

BILLY CARROLL is THE service advisor to go to!! HE REALLY knows hIS stuff and takes time to explain what work I need, don’t need and what I might need in the future. It’s great to have a service person that knows hIS stuff and takes time to explain what work I need, don’t need and what I might need in the future. It’s great to have a service person that you can trust to be knowledgeable and honest. BILLY treats me as if I am the most important customer he has. he makes sure that my car is done correctly and as quickly as possible. he is both professional and personable. he does everything she can to make my experience as stress free and cost effective as possible. I followed BILLY from hIS last place of employment to Scott Clark for these reasons. I highly recommend that you ask for BILLY CARROLL when you bring you car in. More

I have known Billy for over 15 years. As soon as I realized he worked for Scott Clark Toyota, I requested that he help me with all service related matters regarding my Sequoia. I was so worried about my Prius! It had been left in a parking garage for 3 months while I was on vacation/home in CT. When my boyfriend stopped in Charlotte to check on it, it would not start. So I had a parking garage for 3 months while I was on vacation/home in CT. When my boyfriend stopped in Charlotte to check on it, it would not start. So I had a whole month's worth of stressing about what was wrong with it. When I finally got back to NC, a bunch of other stressful things happened, and I was not able to get to Scott Clark's Toyota City until 5:30pm on a Wednesday. The service shop closes at 8pm. Somehow, MAGICALLY, service was able to replace my Prius battery, rotate my tires, change my oil, do the 09 pedal recall, AND wash my car in 2 hours! I have never had this good of service at a car place. Scott Clark's Toyota City exceeded my expectations greatly. I was so worried about my car and how long it would take to get fixed and the fact that they were able to do it in 2 hours is more than I could have asked for. They spared me so much more stress and anxiety. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I spoke with Billy from Service several times, and he was so utterly helpful as well. Thank you so much! I would give you guys a 110% rating. Best service ever! I seriously can't thank you enough. More
