These folks fit the bill. Mike Masters walked me through the order and mechanics of the deal over the Web and telephone, Billy Boutilette showed me my new car, handled the paperwork and my questions on delivery, Nizam Mushaba took me through the financing and purchase mechanisms, and Luke Higley and John Sciaca provided authoritative guidance. I got the car I wanted at better than the price I had hoped for with one visit to the dealership, some Web correspondence and some phone calls. These folks met and exceeded my expectations. They were genuinely concerned with making my experience with them as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. They really did well. I would recommend them highly. And the car is fantastic. More

This is the 2nd subaru I've purchased from this dealer. They are so friendly and reliable and their service dept people are the nicest and best I've ever dealt with. Luke went out of his way to help me out of a bad spot and got me financing when others wouldn't.
