New car purchase Overall my visit to Kistler went very well. Went to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape and since they did not have one on their lot that I wanted, they call Overall my visit to Kistler went very well. Went to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape and since they did not have one on their lot that I wanted, they called around and found me what I wanted right away. Was able to pick it up the next day and everyone there was so very helpful. Bill Zuccarell the SYNC Specialist helped with getting my "hands free" phone service started for me and it has been wonderful to use this in my new Escape. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives and if I every need another new, or used vehicle I would come back to Kistler. More

Couldn't Sync Phone Recently my husband and I decided to go down to one car. I sold my MKZ and became the primary driver on his 2010 Mariner. We'd purchased the Mariner used at Kistler about two years ago. I didn't have an appointment-just stopped by to see if someone could help me sync my iPhone. I'd tried several times myself but could not get it to sync. Bill Zuccarell came right out found the problem. He then suggested that I make an appointment with him to have a tutorial on the dashboard commands since I was new to driving the car. I was impressed. That is real customer service to offer assistance 2 years after purchase of a used car. More

He has shown the utmost patience with explanations to novices who are completely overwhelmed by the technology. We have Blue Tooth technology in our other car, but never used it because it was too complicated. He helped us with that also. What a great service for the customer. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about the sync system and how the "Sync Man" walks us through every step of the way. Understanding how to use this technology would be impossible without him. My next car will definitely have Sync. Garry Kudlinski More
