Extremely disappointed with the service from this dealership and Audi. I bought a new Q7 from them and before the car had 500 miles - I got a check engine warning and the AC knob fell with the lighte dealership and Audi. There is a reason that the number of cars on the streets with the Audi Meadowlands/Benzel Busch signature nameplate is increasing. It is a testimony to the treatment that you receive from the sales team, the finance department and the service department. I have leased or purchased six cars from this dealership and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and kindness extended to me by the staff. I think Dean Birth one of the nicest people to ever sell cars. He is honest and fair. Annie Hagenbush explains everything in detail, and if you ever have a problem Ariel Baez and Andrew Olive make sure that you have a loaner and that your car is repaired quickly and properly. More

But not so, pulling up the staff took over the car in li While my car (AUDI A4) has been awesome from day 1, service is where could potentially arise. But not so, pulling up the staff took over the car in literally seconds. Checking in at the reception, all papers were ready, so not more than 30 seconds were spent. Was asked if I needed a loaner or would wait, with wait-time being 1-1.5 hours. I waited and enjoy the courtesy lounge, well stocked with coffees, juices, fruit and several pastries and, not least, strong WiFi. 45 minutes after arriving, the car was serviced and ready out front. And it was washed, vacuumed and with the interior cleaned. Top notch service!! More
