I have been part of this dealership for many years. The service department is fantastic. The service writers know their product and will talk you through the repair process. My car was towed to Barker’s so I did not see them personally. My battery died at the grocery store, it was jumped started and I got home, my grandson purchased a new battery and installed it. Next morning it would just click whe I tried to start, they found one hose was not connected to starter and alternator was lose connection to the 300amp fuse on battery block. I just thought $139.91 charge was extremely high for correcting this. More
