We purchased a used car today and Nick Tucker was our Sales Consultant. All the way through the process, from our initial call on the phone to our handshake after the sale (we bought the car!) he was pro Sales Consultant. He was not pushy nor was he trying to persuade us to purchase something that we were not interested in buying, or that appealed to us. He never tried to persuade us to buy new over used, or used over new. He simply asked what were we interested in, to include color, style, and size, what were we looking for in the vehicle? We also had a great and easy overall purchasing process with the Business Mgr. Bill Scarbrough; and Jeff Rizzo the Sales Mgr.. Everyone that we came into contact with showed personal interest in us. There were other sales persons there, but Mr. Kurland was the one who came out to greet us and to find out what our interests were? More

John is very efficient yet personable. He went through everything with me but was not impatient in repeating something I didn’t understand.
