I have only dealt with the guys in their service department, and have to say... they are pretty AWESOME! Every time I pull up I get excellence service and they seam to make everything happen with-i department, and have to say... they are pretty AWESOME! I am one of those picky car owners who likes things done "her way" and they are more than willing to accommodate. As long as they are there... I will keep going back. P.S. - When my in-laws were looking to purchase a car last year, they had went to multiple dealerships that day, and ended up at Orange Buick. When I found out about this, I asked them why they stuck with Orange Buick (as they ended up buying a car from them). I was a car salesman for a brief moment in the past, and I was curious. They said they really liked the sales staff there and the management was more than willing to work with them. The others just did not compare. More

I am very pleased and proud to rate Orange Buick GMC with the highest customer rating possible. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my experience(s) with the Service department has n the highest customer rating possible. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my experience(s) with the Service department has not been anything less than stellar. I owe this all to Mr. Bill Murdock, whom upon my first visit, requested to be my personal Service Manager. The welcome alone, gained my confidence in allowing my service needs to be accomplished at this establishment. Bill goes above and beyond expectation to ensure that my vehicle is serviced properly and operating at the highest level. He is honest, trustworthy, and has earned my family's utmost respect and friendship. I personally commend Bill for his untiring efforts in assisting Orange Buick GMC in becoming one of, if not the best, Buick/GMC dealership in Central Florida. More

I email or call Bill Murdock, tell him it is time for service. He schedules me at a convenient time and I am in and out. I am a Saturn owner and when Saturn went out of business I was referred to Orange Buick GMC. I have been getting service from Orange Buick GMC over a year now and I must say the service is exceptional. I I was referred to Orange Buick GMC. I have been getting service from Orange Buick GMC over a year now and I must say the service is exceptional. I can't even compare it to Saturn because Orange Bucik is leaps ahead in terms of workmanship, service and customer service. Bill Murdock always greets me with a smile and keep me informed as to the state and progress of the service to my car before and after service. I would definitely recommend Orange Buick to my friends and neighbors. The complementary Breakfast and or lunch is always very tasty also. More

We took our Rendezvous to get the intake manifold seals replaced. Bill kept us updated on the progress as it was an all-day job. I needed some warranty work done on my Pontiac G6, and was looking for a dealer more local than the previous one I had used. I found Orange Buick GMC online and called to set up an appointment with Tom. H was looking for a dealer more local than the previous one I had used. I found Orange Buick GMC online and called to set up an appointment with Tom. His outgoing personality immediately put me at ease, and by the end of the appointment, his experience and knowledge reinforced in my mind that my car was in good hands. He even said he would send me a coupon towards the cost of some other work that was (expectedly) identified during my visit, which arrived in the mail a few days later! When it came time to schedule the additional service, Tom was on vacation, so I spoke with Bill Murdoch. Bill's customer service was first rate and his communication was clear and consistent. He called on confirm appointment and rental car availability (I had to leave the car overnight). When I arrived to drop off my car, he reviewed my records with me so that he was clear on all the items Tom and I had discussed. He called the next morning to update me on the status of their work and to discuss two other items they could fix (burnt out headlamp, additional shift solenoid) and the cost of that service. When I arrived to pick up my car, Bill reviewed all the completed work before sending me on my way! Each time I've had my car in to Orange Buick GMC, I leave with a smile on my face, not only because my car is working better but because I appreciate the friendly service and personal treatment I receive while I'm there. More

During my last visit it was necessary for me to have additional work done over and above an oil change for which I had come in for.
