I made an out of state purchase and Terrence was excellent about communicating with me to keep me up to speed on all the steps in the process. When I arrived, the vehicle was super clean and right o excellent about communicating with me to keep me up to speed on all the steps in the process. The car was well presented on the website and Terrence answered all my questions via phone and text without judgment. Closing out the sale was very simple with Bill, the finance manager. Sean Kersey was absolutely AMAZING and very considerate. He had a few vehicles waiting for me when I arrived after knowing what I was interested in, in a previous conversation.
