Bill was a good service contact person. You need more technicians in order to provide faster service. I am disable cannot wait 2 weeks for an appt and risk getting stuck in van in wheelchai You need more technicians in order to provide faster service. Nash was helpful as soon as he saw me he remembered what I asked him about and what I needed. Danilo was great also because he stayed after hours helping to find what I wanted. As a previous owner of Lincoln, Range rovers and Cadillac, I have no doubt that I downgraded even when I purchased d the grand Wagoneer series 3. Your customer service is below average.
