Excellent Car Buying Experience! My relationship with Matt Burne Honda started over a year ago. I contacted their Internet Sales department as I was interested in a CRV. Lori Trygar My relationship with Matt Burne Honda started over a year ago. I contacted their Internet Sales department as I was interested in a CRV. Lori Trygar, Internet Sales Manager, immediately responded. As Lori and I went back and forth, in our negotiations, Lori was always polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even though I decided on a different vehicle, I never forgot how great Lori was to work with. So, when our lease was up this month, on our Chevy Cruze, I contacted Lori again to inquire on a Honda Accord. We were interested in a specific color that they did not have. Lori engaged her manager, Tom Carey, who quickly (in less than an hour) was able to secure that color from another dealership and we were able to “close the deal” that day. Lori Trygar, Tom Carey, Sean Mundt (Finance Manager) and Bill Healy were outstanding to work with. They treated me with respect and did everything they could to make the car buying process, smooth, quick and painless. I highly recommend Matt Burne Honda for all of your new and/or used car purchases. More

Absolutely amazing! I was having issues with my vehicle and had to get one quickly. I went to multiple dealers to get a price on cars. Even though a few of the dealers I I was having issues with my vehicle and had to get one quickly. I went to multiple dealers to get a price on cars. Even though a few of the dealers I visited were very nice, the sales associates at Matt Burne were willing to help me out the most. I wasn’t expecting to purchase a car so I wasn’t prepared at all so I was filled with anxiety, yet the associates at Matt Burne eased that anxiety by being patient and going above and beyond. They offered me the most on my trade-in, more than anyone offered. I was only available the one day to purchase the vehicle and didn’t have much time on that day either. I called beforehand and asked how long it would take. They said about an hour or 2... I was out of there in an hour! They were so kind, informative, and not pushy. They got me into my first brand new vehicle, with a payment close to what I asked for, and did it in a reasonable time. Would recommend them to anyone! More
