I love this dealership! And the guy Bill Gusta was very professional and polite; we came in for a new lease- he was not pushy! We took our time looked at a new truck - all worked out- And about 3 hrs later professional and polite; we came in for a new lease- he was not pushy! Allie, my service advisor was awesome. All of my issues were taken care of in a timely manor. When I purchased the car, it was dirty and the manuals were not in the car. It took 3 days and a 45 minute wa were taken care of in a timely manor. When I purchased the car, it was dirty and the manuals were not in the car. It took 3 days and a 45 minute wait to get the manuals. In addition to that, the foot pad on the driver's side had gum on it which I discovered when my foot stuck to it. I had to clean this myself. They have so many amenities in the customer lounge and in the sales department. From a casual beer or glass of wine to a full candy bar for the kids. The employees in service and sales were very knowledgeable. I had a few questions for both departments and they answered them in depth and even showed me on my own vehicle. We first met Bill 3 years ago when we leased our very first Infiniti. He was recommended by a friend who had bought an Infinit from Bill years back. Bill lived up to his stellar reputation and has been a source of information throughout the years. My lease was up and we were looking for a new car to lease. Because Bill is someone we feel we can trust, our loyalty had led us to lease yet another Infiniti from him. Bill Gusta is a very warm and friendly person whom my husband and I felt extremely comfortable with. We were also very impressed with the use of Bill's Ipad to do business on. We felt Bill was well versed in technology as well as answered all of our questions. My husband works in the technology field and especially loved using the ipad while doing business with Bill. Both of my kids are now driving, so I didn't need the third row. Bill showed us other options and I fell in love with the QX50. I was very particular in the color of the car both exterior and interior. Bill found us exactly what we asked for. He was in constant contact with us throughout the process.
