Allie, my service advisor was awesome. All of my issues were taken care of in a timely manor. When I purchased the car, it was dirty and the manuals were not in the car. It took 3 days and a 45 minute wa were taken care of in a timely manor. When I purchased the car, it was dirty and the manuals were not in the car. It took 3 days and a 45 minute wait to get the manuals. In addition to that, the foot pad on the driver's side had gum on it which I discovered when my foot stuck to it. I had to clean this myself. They have so many amenities in the customer lounge and in the sales department. From a casual beer or glass of wine to a full candy bar for the kids. The employees in service and sales were very knowledgeable. I had a few questions for both departments and they answered them in depth and even showed me on my own vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me way cleaner than when i dropped it off and the quality of work was outstanding. More
