My most trusted source on all things cars recommended Bill Earnest. We wanted an electric vehicle and had thoroughly loathed the impersonal hands off experience at Tesla. Just really great service, so patient, took so much time explaining to us all the features. Their service department is amazing- they are so prompt. I always use the white glove service- really hassle-free. Very courteous staff. I used to be so petrified of visiting a dealership- but this is our second BMW from them and we just loved it. Our recent experience at Bill Jacobs BMW during the buying process for our X 5 was nothing less than awesome. With no Costco supported dealership in Wisconsin, we made the two hour trip to Naperville, buying process for our X 5 was nothing less than awesome. With no Costco supported dealership in Wisconsin, we made the two hour trip to Naperville, IL, where we met with client advisor Bill Earnest. We selected Bill to deal with, after a through review of customer testimonials posted to their dealership website. Prior to our in-person meeting, we spoke on the telephone for over 30 minutes, going over all the options, as we built the vehicle. In addition to answering all our questions, Bill shared with us his insights developed over his 24 years experience in the business. During our visit, we were accompanied on a test drive by BMW "Genius" Michael Fontana. Michael was, and continues to be, a wealth of information regarding all the features of the vehicle. After meeting with Bill and Michael, we felt confident their dealership had earned our business. More
