Had a very good experience. Got my Encore in and was done less then a hour. Service was great the staff is very polite and informative about what's going on with your vehicle the only issue is that my regular maintenance services are pretty high priced it cost me over 114 informative about what's going on with your vehicle the only issue is that my regular maintenance services are pretty high priced it cost me over 114 dollars for a regular oil change and I pay a very high car payment on top of that alot of people get free maintenance just want to know why I pay so high other than that everything is great More

We got a good deal on a used car we wanted and the dealership worked with us until both parties were happy. We were allowed to take car home that night and settle everything in the A.M. Robert explained all the bell and whistles our old car didn’t have. We are completely satisfied with the used car and the service we received from Eagle Buick. We checked out the new cars and we will be back and recommend a Buick as your next car. The service department is A+ and waiting area beats a doctors office. Enjoyed our car buying experience and so will you. Just ask for Robert Haas. More
