Our entire experience with Ben and Mercedez-Benz Plano was a pleasure. Ben was exceptionally responsive and found us the vehicle we were looking for in less than one day. He set up a video tour of the vehicle since we didn’t see it in person, and he helped us get absolutely everything set up over the phone and email since we had limited opportunity to be at the dealership in person.
