Ben Rosario rules! I have been dealing directly with Ben for over 10 years now. I appreciate his knowledge, flexibility (in dealing with my schedule & time) and service I have been dealing directly with Ben for over 10 years now. Mahwah was able to service my car in a positive and expedient manner. Mahwah Honda was able to find and fix a problem that moorehead could not or would not. Mahwah honda service is courteous, knowle expedient manner. Mahwah Honda was able to find and fix a problem that moorehead could not or would not. Negligence of service I am not exactly sure of my car issue but according to Honda Corp my recall was not done properly here. My car is dangerous to drive as the steering I am not exactly sure of my car issue but according to Honda Corp my recall was not done properly here. My car is dangerous to drive as the steering froze up while pulling into traffic the very next day after I visited the Mahway service dept where they could find nothing or never bothered to look. No loaner ,no help. Come back again. Ben my advisor said I came too late in the day...3pm to be diagnosed. So if the car won't start or runs rough & the dash lights up like a xmas tree how can I make sure I get there on their NEW unknown serivce schedule?.Its all I could do to get there ......period. I was told by reception & sales that the service dept was open until 6pm. And Fri and Sat were very slow so even if I could not get in there early on Fri with this issue they could still look at the car. EVEN their website says 6pm.But upon arrival I was told by Ben they just changed their hrs & would be closed at 4pm! How would I know when I can get there anyway with this issue? I have to try and let the car set & then try again yet it's not the battery as proven by numerous inspections. What do I when it won't start up all the time? If I do drive it will it damage the car?I should take it to the dealer & hopefully not be turned away!!.This was an issue on Hondas on that the techs know about.And even though a supposed sr tech looked at the car that day when I was told by Ben that there was no time to even look at the car (I had video even though they could see nothing unusual upon a visual diagnosis since all the warning lights go out,) BUT they had time for a general inspection & oil change. About $2000.00+ inspection recommendations new tires,new brakes etc But not the issue at hand .Come back when its acting up or when and we get the part in we are ordering (if that's indeed the issue ?)summized by them with my video.Honda thinks it's the dealer service depts last service recall issue. No loaner offered,no offer to inspect the car the next day either ! I was told upon arrival by Ben they couldn't even look at the cars issue until I made a fuss & said well if you won't help me maybe HE can as a Paul sr advisor walked by. Ben quipped well hes only an advisor like me.Paul said he'd see what he could do. I believe he did try to help as I saw him talking to Ben and the tech . But since I wasted so much time with Ben saying no that could have also been an issue. Ben was clearly negative about anything being done with the ussue from the start that day.I was there almost 2 hrs. I dont know if they even looked at the issue. But they did order the possible part IF that's the problem. I am several days without transportation of my 4 yr old car & my emails to everyone go unanswered to everyone who knows about this issue and were involved. I even emailed the head of the service dept and another employee who had emailed me to see why I was unhappy when I called & wanted the service managers email; Danny. Again no response from anyone I emailed. Honda has given me a case number & told me to go elsewhere. I have to pay to have it towed anywhere,rent a car, lose work time & spend enormous amounts of effort to get this fixed .I bought this $30,000.00 car for its reliability.,and it's supposed longevity and value. This is my second Honda. I made the mistake of trusting these guys here @Mahwah. More
