Patience, all around! I drove to the dealership from Madison to test drive an RDX. David Kaemmer greeted me kindly and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I liked the vehicle but wanted to get my husband's thoughts. Since I am retired, I had the whole day but my husband was at work where he couldn't be directly contacted. David had to endure me hanging out in his office for quite a while. After the purchase was made Ben with financing told me I had a freeze on our credit application. So again, more waiting until my husband could get the information after work at our home in Madison. After the whole day waiting the car was purchased but I had to get the kayak roof rack off my trade in. Well, wouldn't you know it I brought the wrong key for that. I had to come back the next day. Ben and I believe David Stawicki struggled to remove the rack for me. My thanks to all for your patience and good humor. And...I love the car! More

First visit to the new remoded facility, it is very nice. Just an oil change and tire rotation. Service here has always been good. Very nice people to work with.
