I need to revise my previous 4 star review and knock it down to 1 star after our experience post-purchase. Ben (our salesperson) stated that he was going to activate the free XM radio on our way out after down to 1 star after our experience post-purchase. Ben (our salesperson) stated that he was going to activate the free XM radio on our way out after our purchase. That night, he told us that all he needed to activate the XM radio with a code but didn't have the code and we need to come back and do it through the service team, but they were closed currently. We came back a few days later and basically was told there is NO XM radio in the car!!! How do you NOT know there's no XM radio in the car to begin with and pretend to not be able to "activate" it?? This was the primary reason we decided to purchase the car because the original car we wanted was sold but not posted sold on the website. We had come into the dealership and made an appointment specifically to see that "sold" car but instead was shown this other car instead. Later, the sales manager of Mazda called us and accused us of lying about Ben telling us there was an XM radio in the car. But we have a text message from Ben stating that we need to bring the car in to activate the XM radio. These people are charlatans! STAY AWAY from this dealership. They pulled a bait and switch on us with false promises and later make you, the customer, out to be the bad person. Poor service for the customer. Don't even step foot in this dealership. It's been 2 weeks since we had this poor experience and the salespeople at this dealership keeps giving us the run around. My husband calls almost every day and they keep saying, "we are looking into it and we will get back to you". Not once have they tried to "make things right" as they promised. More
