When I went in considering both an A4 and Q5, Ben was great in advising on timing/availability based on my timing. He spent the time walking through all the features then I was off for a test drive. Once back he showed me two vehicles on the lot that fit everything I wanted in my A4. The deal was done the next day. The best part of the experience was the extended warranty part! Kudos to Kitchener Audi for not bringing this up during my time at the dealership. It was sent after I signed which allowed my to take my time and do the research on what i needed and wanted here. No pressure at all. I'm sure this contributed to me deciding on the top package offered too. Even in picking up the vehicle, Jeremiah helped get my myaudi.com account setup without being asked which helped to speed up the entire process. Overall the best dealership experience i've had and i've purchased many vehicles along the way. Thank you Ben and Andrea! I'll definitely be back! More

I was originally not looking for a new car and was only in there with a friend that was looking for a new car. Once I showed interest in potentially looking he was very patient with me since he knew I was not looking purchase right away but still took the time to answer all my questions and work out pricing right away. Their no pressure sales tactics was very pleasant to experience since the perception sometimes of car salesman are pushy but this was not the case. Ben was available to answer all my questions and responded to my emails very quickly and made the process to choose to buy very easy and go off without any issues. The whole process was unbelievable easy worked within my schedule and needs. More

The level of service is what you would hope it to be when purchasing a premium brand. I'm especially impressed by the regular check-ins in regard to my purchase and the willingness to seek solutions that are cost effective (in my case, a change of vehicle model) in the event that this becomes necessary. I don't see myself wanting or needing to go anywhere else anytime soon. More

He took time on his day off to get me detailed pictures of the cars exterior and interior. Prompt, Passionate, Kind, Honest are just a few words that come to mind. The facility is state of the art and the owner is on the floor with his people! You wont find a better place to buy a car. Congrats to Ben on job well done! I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking to purchase a new Audi. The trip through financing and all the "extras" was painless with Andrea. She explained all my options for after care, and we were able to take care of just about everything via email when I was unable to make it into the dealership. Delivery day! The most exciting part of this 3 month wait... (my fault, very specific set of options ordered) Anamarija had all of my questions answered before I was able to ask them. She had me out the door and enjoying all of the features of my new A4 in no time. This is not my firs Audi from Audi KW. I will say that the service department here is top notch. I've been in several times with my old Q3, and a couple of times with the A4. They definitely take that extra step to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. Audi A7 After a few visits we decided on the Audi A7. As one was not in stock with all of the features I liked, we had to have one built for us. The car is amazing and I get lots of compliments on it where ever I go.
