This was by far my best experience with a car dealer. The price was negotiated over email prior to me seeing the vehicle so no pressure at the dealership over price. Adam, Ben, and Scott couldn't have been any nicer. The whole process went smoothly and I felt no pressure to purchase any extras even though I did decide to purchase a few of them. I had a hard stop time due to a meeting that evening and Ben even offered to drop my vehicle off at my home so it was there waiting for me when I got home. I highly recommend anyone going to this dealership for the purchase of a new vehicle. The experience was very pleasurable considering the amount of money you end up dropping buying a brand new vehicle. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! -Todd More

I was in Colorado Springs, CO visiting my 90 year old father and decided it was time for a new car. The car I was driving was a 2000 Camry with 230,000 miles on it. It is still a great car and probably has at least another 1000 miles on it but little inexpensive inconvenient things were starting to occur. My last purchase of a NEW car was in 1973 when I got a Buick LaSabre. Since then I'd always purchased pre-oned and usually from an individual. I contacted Auto bytel and soon had five dealers contacting me. All were good low pressure but Ben French at Dean Team was by far the best. Ben made sure I got the best price and the exact car I wanted. I did the whole process via e-mail and phone calls and never met Ben or Adam until I picked up the car. I did not have a trade in and was paying cash. Ben even told me I could put up to $3000 on a credit card to get points and it would still be a cash sale. THE IRONIC THING IS, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT DEAN TEAM SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN I MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW /USED CAR FOR HER AND I SWORE MY SHADOW WOULD NEVERDARKEN THEIR DOORWAY AGAIN. Ben was very professional, yet had a sense of humor. I purchased a used Toyota Prius and he worked with me to get the price to where I needed it. They answered all my questions, gave me all their attention and never tried to "up-sell" me to another model. They allowed me to have the car for an extended drive as I wanted to verify the mileage -- 40mpg from Ballwin to Augusta and back! When I asked via email about the exact cost of an Elantra w/ premium package, they provided an exact cost (nothing ambiguous here). When I purchased the car, I paid that exact cost + the cost for the floor mats and an administrative fee. I never felt like I was tricked, deceived or taken advantage of. They provided a comprehensive explanation of the 5 yr warranty and how to stay in compliance to maintain the warranty. They went over all the features of the car, including pairing the phone. Lastly, they explained that this dealership offers some nice perks like: free state inspections, free car washes and oil changes at cost. I truly hope their service dept is as good as their sales dept. More

Everyone went above & beyond duty to make a screaming nightmare of an auto crisis into a dream. Deciding to purchase a new auto is very very stressful. Especially as a single woman. It IS fast and powerful enough! Ben French was very patient with all my questions & went the extra mile to teach me about my new Santa Fe Sport. He really "had my back" as I shopped and considered various vehicles. Mostly importantly, Ben is honest. Honesty is a rare quality in auto sales. I'm equally pleased with Scott Varnum. He is very patient and kind. Kindness is not something you come across often nowadays. I had a great experience with Dean Team Hyundai, and with Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two different cars with slightly different specs, and Ben made it happen. He spent two full afternoons with me, making sure all of my questions were answered, and helping get a very good deal. Besides being a great listener and not a huge talker, he is extremely knowledgeable about the product. I had done a lot of research on Gen Coupes, and Ben was able to accurately fill in some of the missing details. If you're hunting a Gen Coupe in the St. Louis area, I would strongly encourage you to seek out Ben and get him on the case! More
