Excellent service It was one of my fast and pleasant car buying experiences ,they accepted my offer on the car and made very good offer for the trade in over the phone. It was one of my fast and pleasant car buying experiences ,they accepted my offer on the car and made very good offer for the trade in over the phone.The sales people I dealt with were very professional and accommodating,I live about 5 hours away from this dealership but it's worth the drive.I usually don't write reviews but my experience was so good and that's why I wrote the review. Easy in and out! Couldnt have gone better I called Michael up and gave him a proposal, he called me back and within 1hr I was in and out in my new Benz. He was straight to the point, my deal w I called Michael up and gave him a proposal, he called me back and within 1hr I was in and out in my new Benz. He was straight to the point, my deal was beyond fair and I felt well taken care of. The dealership had plenty of variations of what I wanted to chose from so I didn't feel forced to have to decide from what was there and what I wanted. My deal was done an hour after closing (I got there a few min before), but Bartolo, being the last person I dealt with, didn't appear to be in any rush or annoyed with having to be there late and explain some of the cool features of my new car. I couldn't help but feel guilty I was keeping a small team of people there late on a Saturday night, but at no point did any of the staff make me feel unwelcomed or rushed. I will definitely be going back when its time for a new one! More
