I purchased a 2015 used vehicle with low mileage. Drove it for 2 months and the engine locked up on highway. I had it towed to a nearby mechanic who found that the engine had no oil in it, though it was no it for 2 months and the engine locked up on highway. I had it towed to a nearby mechanic who found that the engine had no oil in it, though it was nowhere near due for a change — leading me to believe that the dealership sold me a car with low oil. It took a month to get my car back from their shop after. My warranty covered it but the girl at the front desk presented me with a bill for over $10k. How do you accidentally almost take $10k from someone?? I took it in to get a window button fixed and a windshield pump replaced. It took a MONTH to get the car back. When I finally picked it up I was being charged more than I was quoted. I waited 20 minutes to get the car pulled up, and when I got in there was mechanic paperwork strewn about the car, my back windshield wiper was missing, and a massive piece of the car’s undercarriage was left in my backseat. I went to the manager and luckily they comped my visit. This was appreciated but they’ve lost my trust and I’ll never go buy or service a vehicle here again. More

Scheduled service for my 2017 GMC Canyon to replace the A/C control module due to a failed back light. Submitted my appt on-line. I received no contact prior to my appointment. I arrive slightly ear A/C control module due to a failed back light. Submitted my appt on-line. I received no contact prior to my appointment. I arrive slightly early for the appt and the service manager advised that this wasn't to replace the module but to verify the issue, order the part and they would contact me to schedule replacement when the part arrives. This was on 12/17. We are now sitting at 12/30 and I have yet to receive contact to schedule replacement. I left a voice mail on the service manager's phone on 12/22. No return call, no contact at all. It's really a shame as I had such a great sales experience. The service experience is the worst I have dealt with. More

Mr. Alex Brickel (Service Manager) and Mr. Manny Colunga (Estimator) pu My GMC Yukon was not purchased at Covert, but I had a factory paint problem. Mr. Alex Brickel (Service Manager) and Mr. Manny Colunga (Estimator) pursued GMC to get my paint problem corrected, even during the GMC strike. They kept me informed, treated me professionally and were courteous in every way. I could not be more pleased with this group. My next vehicle will be from Covert. Jim B More

Not true I took my own pre approved finance letter from Austin Telco and I still received the price that was posted online. I purchased 2 cars from Covert and used outside financing. Service department is always couteous and professional when I go for my oil changes (free). More
