Professional from in through out processing, Bart had the paperwork and courtesy car ready, worked with Acura Corporate to get rusty wheel hubs painted under warranty and returned a sparkling clean car to me on time as promised. I expected nothing less from an Acura dealership. Job well done. More

Courteous and professional service My engine light came on and I brought my RSX in for a diagnosis. The customer service was great and Bart explained what I needed done in detail and quickly set up my appointment and ordered the necessary parts. I brought my vehicle in the next day and the service was prompt and professional. I received a courtesy call when my car was ready from Bart and he said that Brian would be taking care of me when I picked my vehicle up. Brian was very friendly and got me out of there quickly and on my way. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend Crown Acura and the service team. More

I was greeted immediately at the drop off location by a very friendly and effic This was my first visit for service to the Crown Acura in Clearwater. I was greeted immediately at the drop off location by a very friendly and efficient employee. He directed me inside to my Service person, Bart Bartley. Bart was very efficient, friendly, and explained step by step the process for my service. It only took about one hour - half. Bart went over all the paperwork with me and checked me out and got me on my way. I was made to feel like a valued customer by everyone that I came in contact with at the Service Department. More

Loved this place! I highly recommend this place and all of the employees I dealt with on my visit. My mother has been to this dealership previously, and on this visit w I highly recommend this place and all of the employees I dealt with on my visit. My mother has been to this dealership previously, and on this visit we were trading in her Aacura MDX for a new model. I purchased my mother's trade-in, and these guys made it a breeze. We had a great time while there, and would definitely do business with them again! More

The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. As a VERY busy businessman, I can't aff are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. As a VERY busy businessman, I can't afford to lose lots of time. They were fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bart Bartley was the agent who assisted me today. He was busy when I first got there, so the others worked on helping until he was ready to take-over. Their teamwork was absolutely brilliant to see. I will continue to use Crown Acura, and continue to buy my cars there. More
