We came in for Service and we were greeted by Barry, he explained was a great time to get out of lease early and he introduced me to my former salesman Mike to go over the details. I bought my first Subaru at Pine Belt 5 years ago, and my second today. My first has been exclusively serviced there, and, aside from maintenance, the car has never let me down. The Pine Belt staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the facility itself is comfortable, clean and efficiently run. Mike Tillis was extremely helpful in steering me to just the vehicle I had been wanting. He was very friendly and he made everything go smoothly and without pressure. I am very happy. Ok lets start with Barry who called me and offered this great deal! I thought it was too good to be true,but it was as good, and as true as promised. Then came Gio, with all the knowledge and experience of great deal! I thought it was too good to be true,but it was as good, and as true as promised. Every detail of the prep,sale,delivery of this beautiful vehicle went exactly as promised.He was so prepared,my already tight schedule was not affected. I felt like I trusted him from minute one and all my expectations were met. Next the fiance guy Steve, no xx just here are the facts,plans, info,and recommendations. I actually purchased a plan from him cause guess why? He didn't push me and I did not feel exhausted from the long drawn out presentations.I felt confident. So in total Thank you guys for your professional and very friendly service and taking the time to add that personal touch! I love my car and the honest experience. More

Never again I have purchased 9 Subaru since 1977. Unfortunately Pine Belt was the only dealer that had the car my daughter wanted. it was the end of the month an I have purchased 9 Subaru since 1977. Unfortunately Pine Belt was the only dealer that had the car my daughter wanted. it was the end of the month and I felt very pressured. Barry the salesperson was a very.nice guy. Lots of pressure from the sales manager and very unhelpful finance manager. I received very poor value for my trade in and paid more for the new car than I was quoted at numerous other locations. Unfortunately they were the only dealer that had the color she wanted. More
