Brian was always friendly, courteous, and patient in his dealings with me plus he was very knowledgable of the product he was promoting. While not utilizing high pressure tactics, his approach always left the impression that he sincerely wanted to do whatever it took to satisfy my needs and eventually complete a deal. He did a fine job and, when I return to this dealership for my next vehicle, I'll definitely be looking for Brian as my sales contact. More

Excellent service and comradery I came in to the dealership having returned a vehicle that another dealer couldn't present a title to. Chevrolet of Wooster dealt with that dealership I came in to the dealership having returned a vehicle that another dealer couldn't present a title to. Chevrolet of Wooster dealt with that dealership and the bank in order to get me in to a truck that I now love so much. They went way beyond themselves to make sure that they could get me in to a vehicle to drive and at a great price. The most friendly car buying experience I've ever had by far. Horrible Went on Saturday to buy a used 5.9. Never had a salesman come and ask if I needed help, so about 20 minutes later walked up to show room, seen a sales Went on Saturday to buy a used 5.9. Never had a salesman come and ask if I needed help, so about 20 minutes later walked up to show room, seen a salesman at soor, as I walked in and tried to talk to him, he walked by me to a couple getting out of a Tahoe. Sat in showroom for another 15 minutes, never received any help, and I was going to buy, but will never recommend this place. More
