When I took my vehicle for service, Brad went above and beyond to help us. It was the 3rd time that we had to return for service but Brad took great care of us. There were no loaner vehicles available at t beyond to help us. It was the 3rd time that we had to return for service but Brad took great care of us. Well, when I told them that it was a courtesy oil change (I just bought my truck 3 months ago) they didn’t looked excited. 2 day after I found out that they even filled the wiper fluid tank. So that means that they didn’t check any other things that a regular oil change service include. I have to say that this is the first time this happens to me but is not nice for a customer that just bought 2 trucks in less than 6 months at the dealership. More

After calling two other Chevy dealerships in the area, Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road an Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road and when I called them on the phone, it was two weeks different. The other dealership scheduled me for an appointment three days after I called. After arriving for the appointment, they booked me in to the wrong department and didn't really have an appointment until two weeks later. Beaver Chevrolet welcomed me in like family and conduct maintenance on two of my vehicles that same day. Thank you Bradley Poole for creating an environment that I know look forward to. More
