Service advisor was friendly and informative. She notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would ru notified me by phone when the car was ready to be picked up. If I had one complaint, at one time when you took your car in for service they would run it through the car wash, but that isn't done anymore. It would be a nice finishing touch to there service. More

Due to a problem with pre-ordering parts for a repair (caused by a scheduling mistake) I was given a rental car to use for the one day my vehicle was off the road. The entire process was completed very (caused by a scheduling mistake) I was given a rental car to use for the one day my vehicle was off the road. The entire process was completed very smoothly, and the repair was completed the following morning. No complaints. More

It was very simple to make my appointment online. The staff at the dealership is very courteous and made me very welcome. They performed the service in a very timely and professional manner. My service representative and Motorworld always take excellent care of me. They get me in early and out quickly. The mechanical work is impeccable and they go beyond the expected by always checking tir excellent care of me. They get me in early and out quickly. When necessary I can get shuttle service to work or shopping or even a rental car right on site. A Five Star operation. More

They were prompt in calling about issues with my car early enough so it could be taken care of. Also, the service did not take all day, which worked with my personal schedule perfectly! I hit a pothole and damaged my rim. Luckily I had road hazard warranty. I called Motorworld service on Monday to report the incident and to advise I needed a new rim. My husband and I have dealt with Motorworld for years and have purchased all our Honda Vehicles from them.
