Brian Rosado was super from start to finish. He was informative and not pushy—he cared about what we needed. He was great! After we placed a hold on the car we wanted, he kept us informed of its status over the following weeks. From the train to the truck delivery to the inspection to the pick up, we knew where it was and thus had reasonable expectations about its arrival. When it came in he walked us through the final paperwork and he and the team gave a tutorial about the car before we left the lot. Troy McNulty, the very personable and knowledgeable manager, was actively present and checked in with us from the day we came in to look to the day we left with the car. It really made us feel like we were in good hands. The service was wonderful at Schomp Mazda with Brian, Troy, and the team-and of course the CX-30 is incredible (and gorgeous)! We love it and appreciate their hard work and dedication to their customers. That’s what will keep us coming back. :) Thanks so much! More

It was such a dream to work with Avery Torres. Very personable; you can tell he has a great passion for his job. His customer service is impeccable, he really listens to your needs, and offered free sh personable; you can tell he has a great passion for his job. His customer service is impeccable, he really listens to your needs, and offered free shuttle service from my apartment to the dealership when picking up my car. The entire process was so seamless and was even able to complete documents online while sitting poolside - basically stress-free! I would recommend going in with your own research, know what you want and what you're looking for, and also call ahead to schedule a time to meet with Avery. He's a very busy individual - probably because word got around about how wonderful he is! Even though he's busy, he still makes you feel like you're his only client in the store. More

Andrea Parra was excellent, the dealership overall gets lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. She always had a smile on her face even while assisting an unhappy customer who came in lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. Her calm energy helped make my LONG day bearable and I ultimately went home with the car I wanted. The one hour promise was more like 5+ hours! I had a similar experience 6 years ago at another Schomp dealership. Overall, Andrea Parra was great while the dealership was just OK. More
