Five star sevice I was unsure of the car that was right for me, and Austin made sure to spend time with me and explain the differences in cars throughly as well as not I was unsure of the car that was right for me, and Austin made sure to spend time with me and explain the differences in cars throughly as well as not put any pressure on me to hurry up and make a decision. So much better than I expected! After never having had a good experience with a car dealer or sales person I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a car, especially wit After never having had a good experience with a car dealer or sales person I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a car, especially with no money down and a totaled trade in. My biggest Focus was financing and if the payments could not be low enough I was 100% ready to leave without getting a car. Not only were Austin & Josh patient and understanding while listening to me and my circumstances, but they made me feel comfortable with the entire process and kept me up-to-date on what was happening, and what the next step would be. I was also impressed with the atmosphere in the office/dealership, other employees walking around smiling and having pleasant conversations. I would absolutely return to this dealership or recommended it to everyone! More

Fortunately, this dealership provided a non-pushy and all around painless experience with the help of my sales rep Austin. I was offered a competitive price and I wasn’t harassed whatsoever throughout the finance portion (which is rare from what I’ve heard). I would recommend Larry H.
