Purchased a pre owned vehicle Austin was a great sales representative. Not pushy at all. When it came time to go over the numbers, we were in and out within 1 1/2 hours. Miscommunication and no transparency Traded my Jeep at Stuart location. Called to follow up on pay off for trade to previous finance company. Was advise payoff was overnight and not worry Traded my Jeep at Stuart location. Called to follow up on pay off for trade to previous finance company. Was advise payoff was overnight and not worry about payment. Called back days later and advise capital one haven’t received payment should I just pay this month. Was told again payment was overnight and not to send payment.later got an alert from my credit monitoring that my payment was late and payment was not received was lowered my score by 40 points. Called upset and was transferred to supervisor who was very condescending and really didn’t care. Now I’m in the process of trying to dispute and write letters to try credit bureau. Worst car buying experience. Will never lease or finance her again. Agent was more concerned with getting a good survey that anything else. More

Bad first time experience Brought my vehicle in for glaze coating on the outside and inside from what I was told I also asked to check the shake in the steering wheel. I went back late afternoon to pick up my vehicle and was very disappointed, my vehicle was all dusty, scratches on the hood and nicks on the hood, drivers side window had a scratch about eight inches long on it and a rust spot from a razor on the top of the back of the vehicle. They glazed over pollen on the car and we were very unhappy at this point, a man came out who said he was the manager and later we found out he was not. He argued with my husband about what was done claiming it must have been that way when we brought the car there and when my husband laughed about it, he told us he was done and to leave the car lot he was not dealing with us. I told him we need to get this all straightened out and that he was not being very nice. We were told to bring the car back next week and they will see about the scratch on the window To say the least we are very unhappy and not sure what our next step will be. More

Still learning after all these years We were very fortunate to have had Paul Champaigne help us with our recent lease of a 2019 QX50 at Infiniti Stuart, and we couldn't have had a better We were very fortunate to have had Paul Champaigne help us with our recent lease of a 2019 QX50 at Infiniti Stuart, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Not only was he personable, able and knowledgeable, he was a wonderful and witty instructor that showed us all the features we were unaware of in this totally redesigned SUV. The depth of his understanding of the electronic assistance and safety features of the QX50 was amazing, but even more astounding was his ability to read the levels of our ability to absorb the information he was sharing on the vehicle. He was more than willing to take all of our calls, do more hands-on training at the dealership, assist in completing the contract and explain all the features that we were unaware of before we became comfortable with the QX50. Now we love the QX50 and want to give a big, big thank you to Paul for his honest and supportive salesmanship for Infinit Stuart.
