This was my 3rd time purchasing a car from Austin at Wilsonville Toyota, and every time, the process has gotten easier and smoother! I even went to the Corvallis Toyota first as I live much closer to th Wilsonville Toyota, and every time, the process has gotten easier and smoother! I even went to the Corvallis Toyota first as I live much closer to that, and they told me the earliest they could get me a white RAV4 Hybrid with black interior would be late January. That’s them even looking at inventory headed elsewhere. At Wilsonville, Austin didn’t have any in stock, but he was able to reroute a vehicle headed to Washington to his dealership, and I got it in a week, and closer to the price range I was looking for. Austin has pulled through for me every time. I’ll definitely be back! More

He really is here to help make a bad situation a whole lot better. I came in looking at a used Highlander, but it had high miles and the team felt it wasn't the best deal for us. I didn't think we could get a brand new one, but Austin made it happen. It was the color I wanted and everything! He was very courteous and EXTREMELY patient, we had our 8 and 2 year old with us. This was probably the best experience I've had at a car dealership. 10/10 recommend him and Wilsonville Toyota. You won't find a better experience anywhere.
