Professional yet not stuffy. Tanner is knowledgeable and friendly. He worked patiently with us and answered all our questions about the car we were purchasing for my husband. Equally Austin worked with me and helped me through a two month period of time when my car was not only in for service, but taking to a collision shop for repairs. They care!
