Bad Service Poor Customer Service to even schedule a oil change..which I purchased a lifetime oil changes when I bought my last car (2012). It took me 3 days to s Poor Customer Service to even schedule a oil change..which I purchased a lifetime oil changes when I bought my last car (2012). It took me 3 days to schedule it. I left several messages and NO Return phone calls. I was transferred on the phone several times and hung up on also. This is my 3rd car purchased here since 2001 and it will be my last. The service advisor guys stand around and never answered the phones that I saw. I get better oil change service at Walmart. I never received a phone call when my car was done, my Appt. was at 8am and it was Noon, then I was told I don't think your car has been washed yet. I asked for a price quote for a part and never got a call back for that either. So O'Reilly's got my business on that one. More

Very Flexible I worked with Brian to purchase my car and he put me in touch with Matt. Matt & Austin were great to work with. I needed to bring in my vehicle for an I worked with Brian to purchase my car and he put me in touch with Matt. Matt & Austin were great to work with. I needed to bring in my vehicle for an error code and needed a loaner. They were quick to find a time when a loaner car was available that I could come in and drop off my car. I had tight time frames for drop off and pickup but they weren't an issue. My car was fixed the day they received it and I haven't had any issues since. More

Never had to wait this long Car was brought in on a Monday was told they would work it in to get it looked at. I was not contacted until a week and a day later after I reached ou Car was brought in on a Monday was told they would work it in to get it looked at. I was not contacted until a week and a day later after I reached out. They stated we’re ordering parts and would be 2-5 business days more to get and would fix same day parts were in. I contacted a week later (5 business days) and was advised parts were in that day and car would be fixed the following day by 430pm. So car in shop for over two weeks!! I never have this issue when servicing my many Toyota’s. Sad my daughter had to have this VW Beetle and we have to use this place for repairs. Also should mention my daughter attempted to buy from this location and felt discriminated against. Ultimately bought from Carmax and her interest rate was sooooooo much lower!!!!! More

Great service department! I have experienced problems with my radio and back up camera and mentioned it when I was in for my 10,000 mile service. Austin and his team investigat I have experienced problems with my radio and back up camera and mentioned it when I was in for my 10,000 mile service. Austin and his team investigated, but couldn’t pinpoint the issue because they couldn’t replicate the problem. As I was leaving the problem presented itself. Austin immediately ordered a new radio unit for my car and got my car scheduled for the replacement as soon as the radio arrived. This has completely resolved the issue and I am a happy VW driver. Thank you to Austin and the Lithia service team for taking care of this so quickly and efficiently! More

Great Experience Went in to have the transmission serviced and check out the emissions system because the DPF regen light and check engine light were on constantly. L Went in to have the transmission serviced and check out the emissions system because the DPF regen light and check engine light were on constantly. Let me know that the transmission didn't need to be serviced yet and that the NOX sensor for the emissions needed to be replaced. Overall I was there most of the day but the service adviser kept me informed on what was going on. Ended up fixing the problem that day so I didn't have to make another special trip down there. (Don't live in the Metro area) I will keep coming there for service if they keep treating me as nicely as they did More
