Austin made me wait for a vehicle to arrive for almost 2 weeks which when it came in he sprang a 5K up-charge on me. He should of told me when I inquired. Not only that he never called me back with a final weeks which when it came in he sprang a 5K up-charge on me. He should of told me when I inquired. Not only that he never called me back with a final sales price and… the next day I was sending additional information and looked on the website to see if the price was posted and found out that it was listed for 6K off the price he quoted the day before. So I requested more info to the internet dealer which she called me back to notify me that the vehicle was sold an hour ago. Austin never contacted me to keep the deal alive. He dropped me. Not good business, tried to overcharge me as well. Watch out people. Not good ethics here. More
