Purchase a cadillac John Pond allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He allowed us enjoy the ride and not hurry to get back to dealership. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very eager to answer our questions. We did not feel pushed and we are satisfied with our purchase. He has a great customer service. Ms. Nora Rashid was awesome, she explained all the documents and made sure we understand all the items,. Nora is caring and very knowledgeable. Ms. padilla gave us the best deal, I could have asked for and great friendly custmer service. More

Will never go there again! I bought a new Cadillac from Garcia two years ago and was never anything but annoyed and unhappy from the first week. The car did not operate as prom I bought a new Cadillac from Garcia two years ago and was never anything but annoyed and unhappy from the first week. The car did not operate as promised (infotainment issues)..NEVER worked as promised. The service department is the worst! They treat customers like they are idiots. I was so annoyed that I ended up getting rid of my new car and taking a huge loss on it just so I would NEVER have to set foot on their property again. I had complained about the service department before my last two visits and the new general manger responded to me and promised to fix the issues..unfortunately this was not the case. More
