I have used Smythe in the past for service on my Volvos and this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from them. I can truly say this was the best process I have ever had at a Volvo dealership. He provided me with end to end comprehensive knowledge, that when I showed up I knew what I was paying, what I was getting and all the details the dealership had to offer. Ashraf was amazing. It’s rare to find a salesperson who strikes the balance between guiding and listening, but Ashraf, despite being new, is 100% a natural at finding th It’s rare to find a salesperson who strikes the balance between guiding and listening, but Ashraf, despite being new, is 100% a natural at finding this balance. He wasn’t too pushy about moving on a vehicle but still asked how he can make it work and did his job as a salesman. The dealership itself also seemed nice. They have a lot of stock and everyone seemed kind, but Ashraf was my main sales person while I was there so I spent most of my time discussing options with him. Highly recommend asking for Ashraf at Smyth Volvo if you’re looking for a Volvo in the Union County area. More
