I would like to thank the dealership at Kia Wesley Chapel for being in compliance with the new FTC New Car Dealer Rule. The dealership didn’t apply to me the BAIT-AND-SWITCH practice other dealers use. I pur for being in compliance with the new FTC New Car Dealer Rule. The dealership didn’t apply to me the BAIT-AND-SWITCH practice other dealers use. I purchased a new 2024 Carnival right from the MSRP with no extra unwanted cost. I've always dreaded car shopping, but Osh was fantastic! He thoroughly explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Most importantly, he didn't pressure me AT ALL.
