Ashlyn approached me during my first visit to the dealership and was very kind and informative without making me feel pressured. She sent me information on the cars I was looking at right away and wa dealership and was very kind and informative without making me feel pressured. She sent me information on the cars I was looking at right away and was efficient in responding and setting up a test drive for the car I was interested in as well as looked at other options in my price range. She made me feel very comfortable through the entire process, which was super important to me as it was the first time I'd purchased a car on my own. When it came to signing paperwork, Tony was very accommodating in helping me understand my warranty options and payment choices and patient in explaining terminology I wasn't familiar with so I knew I was signing up for exactly what I wanted. Awesome experience with the whole team! More

This was our first experience with your dealership. We absolutely loved it and love our Sales person, Ashlyn. She was so patient and so loving with us. She made me cry when she passed my keys to me for my absolutely loved it and love our Sales person, Ashlyn. She was so patient and so loving with us. She made me cry when she passed my keys to me for my new to me, 2017 Toyota RAV 4 SE. She was the best sales person that I have dealt with in many many years. The reat of the staff was the best also. Very friendly and patient and content on handing those keys to me . We had fun with our test drive. We are defined coming back and highly recommend your dealer and Ashlyn to everyone we know. Our friend from Illinois came over and brought us to you and so happy she did. This is my first Toyota to own in my life. I thank God that he guided us to Ashlyn.
