Ashley told me it would be $409 for the sensor and labor. What a xxxxing joke. She also never called me to let me know that the part was in I had to call her on Thursday and then she told me that I couldn’t get in until Tuesday evening she promised me I could get in this week before I left for my trip. Finally after much persuasion she squeezed me into a 2:30 PM slot on Friday. I will not be doing business with you guys again. In addition the same exact sensor light came on today as I was driving so I’m gonna have to have it fixed again so you’re going to repay me 100% of what I paid you. More

The service manager was very nice, but the mechanic left my screen display on tire pressures and my husband observed that when he parked the car, the driver hit the curb with the right rear tire which now h my screen display on tire pressures and my husband observed that when he parked the car, the driver hit the curb with the right rear tire which now has a large scrape on it. My Santa Fe only has 5200 miles on it and I've never yet hit a curb with it! I'm extremely disappointed. I had far better service when Palm owned the dealership! Is it Because it's Gettel or just not good service? More
